Offering free/ or for donation classes on Tuesdays at 5:30 MT through zoom. This offers the safety of your home while working through restorative yoga sessions. Title for the specific class being offered is Breath, Mind, Body Regulation.

This practice is rooted in personal healing and trauma recovery; blending classical yoga with science-backed practices that focus on building awareness, emotional regulation, and nervous system resilience. It allows for a safe space to process the stress and trauma that the body remembers. These sessions focus on empowering your body and mind to release, reset, and rewire.
